These guidelines are essential to protect your skin and ensure the safest and most effective results. ⸻ Important Note on Peels at Jonezen Skin & Wellness At Jonezen, your skin’s health and safety always come first. Because professional peels work at a deeper level, we carefully prepare your skin before treatment. • Customized Prep Regimen: Before scheduling any peel, all clients are placed on a personalized skincare plan that includes tyrosinase inhibitors (brightening agents). This step regulates pigment activity and reduces the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). • Treatment Planning: Once your skin has been properly prepped, we’ll design a peel treatment plan tailored to your skin type, goals, and lifestyle. • Consultation Required: If you’re interested in a peel, the first step is to book a consultation. This allows us to evaluate your skin, create your prep regimen, and guide you toward the right peel for your needs. This process ensures the best results, minimized downtime, and the safest experience for your skin. ⸻ Cancellation Policy A 35% cancellation fee applies to all no-shows and to appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
